Health and Safety

At View by Matt Golinski, your safety is our top priority. We have introduced elevated hygiene & prevention measures to ensure this. Our cleanliness & prevention standards have met local Queensland government health regulations.

Our food and beverage team have reinforced all safety protocols. New precautionary measures across every aspect of food preparation, plating and service are taken very seriously. This includes staff hygiene through the use of sanitiser, gloves, frequent disinfection of all surfaces, and a carefully devised socially distanced floor plan for limited bookings.

We’re practicing social distancing. This means that we’re asking our staff and guests to keeping a distance of two arm’s length (1.5 metres) from others where possible to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our restaurant capacity is in accordance with government regulations, with limited tables available at specific seating times, socially distanced within the venue.

Our reinforced cleaning program means that our staff regularly clean the entire venue, including dining areas, kitchen, bar, bathrooms and store rooms. Our cleaning products meet Australian Department of Health standards, and our staff are trained to effectively carry out scheduled, regular sanitisation. HEALTH CHECKS We focus on comprehensive staff health checks, ensuring that staff working are healthy and remain that way, with meticulous employee safety and hygiene training. Frequent hand washing should be second nature to all staff and guests. Hand sanitiser stations are provided in the restaurant and bar to be used by all who enter the premises.

To minimise contact, a “no touch” payment method is enforced through the use of pay wave or apple pay. We would also like to ask that all guests provide their contact details when placing a booking, in accordance with government safety regulations, in case of a need to contact. We thank you for your cooperation. We are doing everything possible to reassure and anticipate your needs. We will work to keep this page updated, however if you have any questions about our health & safety protocols, please contact our team.
